Is it free?
This service is completely free for you. However, your individual cell phone carrier text message charges may apply.

Will I get spammed?
You will not receive SMS alerts from any organizations that you have not subscribed to. As per our privacy policy, your details will not be disclosed.

Can I unsubscribe from your service?
You can edit your preferences about which organizations you would like to receive alerts from at any point in time.

Can I edit my account details?
Yes. just login with your credentials at the top; you can edit as you wish.

Can I use my school network password for my CampuSMS login?
We don't recommend that you use the same password, because we care about keeping your information safe. Not just on our website. Using your school's network ID password may be a risk to your information security.

What if I've forgotten my password?
We can remind you of your password as long as you have an e-mail address signed up with us. Click here to access our "Forgot Password" page.

Can I change my password?
Yes, you can. Click here to change your password (you'll need to provide your old password first).

Does CampuSMS have to be connected to a college campus?
We try to focus our efforts on university or college communities. That is, students, faculty, staff, administration as well as businesses that are involved with providing services to or around the campus. If you think CampuSMS can help you in other ways, drop us a line , and we'll try to help you out.

How does an organization request an event alert?
Organization leaders can get exclusive access to be able to personally send text messages to their organization members whenever they want. If your club isn't already signed up to our service, send us a request. If your club is already signed up, a public relations rep can drop us a line requesting access.

How do you register a new Club/Group on CampuSMS?

How does an individual register to receive SMS alerts from organizations?
    a) Visit the home page
    b) Fill out the appropriate details
    c) Click and select the organizations that you would like to receive alerts from.
    d) Don’t forget to read the “Terms of Use” document check the box which says that you agree to those       “Terms of Use.”
    e) Click submit…and voila!… you’re done.

How does a business pay CampuSMS?
    a) Decide what service your business would like
        - A one off event alert to an unlimited number of members
        - A monthly plan with unlimited alerts to an unlimited number of members
    b) Decide how many events or months your business would like to subscribe for
    c) See the business page for more information about rates
    d) There are three ways to pay CampuSMS:
        - Pay by Purchase Order
        - Pay online using the instantaneous and secure PAYPAL service with your credit card,
          check card, bank account.
        - Pay by check (made out to CampuSMS)
    ** Send us a check/Purchase Order a minimum of five business days before your first alert needs
            to be sent in order for us to process your payment in time.

What is CampuSMS’s refund policy and how can one get refunded?
CampuSMS will refund a single event alert if it is unused.

CampuSMS will only refund a monthly plan payment if no event alerts have been sent out upto that point using that plan and the payment is still valid. A single monthly plan is valid from the date the payment is processed to the same date in the following month. (i.e 11th March to 11th April etc).

    - Subject line: REFUND for event alert/monthly plan (whichever applies)

    - Phone number of contact person:
