What does overwrap charge mean?
Overwrap charges are only applied to lighting. The overwrap is used to be sure that your lighting orders arrive safely. The original box of lighting is then rewrapped again with heavy duty bubble wrap and or styrofoam supporting corners. This is then encased with an additional cardboard wrap.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed prior to 2PM EST usually ship the next business day. If any item is out of stock you will be notified immediately to inform you of shipment date. For express delivery, please contact Customer Service.

Can my order ship to a PO Box?
No. Orders must be shipped to a physical street address. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to any physical address in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses via FedEx ground.

Can I use my own account for the shipping?
